This is a genius idea for shakes on the go. No more clumps! The 20oz is a good size. I mostly make single serving diet and protein shakes, but I've successfully shaken up to 2 cups of liquid plus powder. The bottle, lid and metal blender thingy are easy to clean. I've had no issues with leaking at all.

Hey, this is pretty cheap and works great! The ball actually mixes! A word of advice: drop your liquids in before you add powders, it helps it mix much better. It can be a tiny bit leaky if you're not careful, so a rubber washer ring would have been great for this.
