My digestion has been off and on for years do to a lengthy bout with crohn's disease. I have been using this product now for a couple of months and have seen significant improvements with my ability to digest food. I would highly recommend this for anyone else suffering from Inflammatory Bowel Disease.

I highly reccommend this product. I have been using Dr. Ohhira's Probiotics for the last 3 months. Before taking this product I suffered from frequent abdominal pain, bloating and bouts of diarrhea. My stomach would easily become upset depending on what I ate. After about two weeks I noticed the difference. No abdominal pain, bloating, gas or diarrhea. I feel so much better! This probiotic is more expensive than some of the other probiotics on the market, but I think it is worth it. I originally heard about it on a radio commercial, and a radio talk show called Health Talk. The doctor on that show reccommended it. After procastinating for a while, I finally ordered it from Amazon. (their price is much cheaper than the vitamin stores) I'm so glad I tried it and it works. I have not experienced any side effects, and believe me I had a really sensitive stomach. Please try it.

During a number of infections and pneumonia last year, I was given course after course of antibiotics. But then, I kept getting sick again and again. Finally my doctor said I should take probiotics (wish he'd told me a lot earlier). At the health food store, I was told that Dr. Ohhira's are the very best--and much to my amazement (I'm a real cynic), as soon as I started Dr. Ohhira's Probiotics, I stopped getting sick over and over. Even more amazingly, after paying a fairly exorbitant price at the health food store, I found that Amazon carries the same product--only MUCH cheaper--so Amazon is getting my business now. Love my Amazon and Dr. Ohhira!
