I purchased this along with a cia 10INCH stainless steel frypan. Everyone from the casual cook to serious foodie or professional chef should have one of these in the kitchen. much more nimble than an ordinary spatula and the angle, sharp edge, and flexibility make this a pleasure to work with.

Nice slotted turner, but thinner, smaller, and far more flexible than I expected -- I'm afraid I'll permanently bend it if I use it with anything other than an omelette or piece of cake! I've enjoyed the Matfer Slotted Pelton Spatula (12-inch) because it is stronger while being flexible, can be used with nonstick pans, and takes 3 seconds to clean. I don't expect this LamsonSharp turner to hold up over time. Pity since it's so expensive compared to others in the same category.

This is a very nice spatula with one serious drawback. I left it lying on the stove, with the oven turned on to 250 degrees, and all the plastic melted away from the metal frame and lay in a black puddle on the stove top! This hasn't ever happened to me with a utensil before. Just so you know, if you buy this the handle needs special care. Bummer.
